Biography :
I am proud to say that I am a Florida native, born in West Florida. I have called SW Florida home for over 20 years and love everything about this area. SW Florida is unique because of the close proximity to a vast array of activities, recreational pursuits, excellent fishing, hunting, beautiful rural landscapes and some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. SW Florida is truly a one of a kind paradise and I am proud to call it my home.
I worked in the construction industry for over 15 years in the field of state environmental compliance. This gave me the opportunity to work with major homebuilders across FL and see the construction process from the ground up. Having this construction knowledge and hands on experience allows me to provide a level of assistance to my customers that many realtors cannot.
I am very experienced in the SW Florida resale market, working with both buyers and sellers. I am also heavily involved in undeveloped land purchases for individuals looking for investments or new construction sites however my real love is new construction. The thrill and excitement of assisting customers in finding the perfect location, the perfect construction style to meet their wants and needs and then assisting them in pairing with the right builder to make their dreams a reality.
My commitment to each of my customers is to forge a long-term relationship, to be accessible and informative, to listen to their needs and desires and to educate them on the process. Most importantly, I am determined to provide a superior level of customer service to ensure that they realize the best outcome for them. Regardless whether a buyer or a seller, my goal is to see the smile on my customers faces at the closing table as they realize their dreams coming true.
